Shipping Policy

At The MD Collection, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $5. We use standard shipping methods and aim to deliver your order within 5-7 business days. If you need your order sooner, please select expedited shipping at checkout. We also offer international shipping for an additional fee. All of our orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The MD Collection. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the process. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
